We still believe the best options are hygienic, cleaning (CIP), Decolouring (i.e., red to white wine), and, of course, the result is a Venturi-based style inline system.
The injector is designed explicitly to meet the flow rate and demand of CO2 levels. It will create an evenly saturated product without extra mixing, long saturation time or the risk of some residuals from previous production runs.
It is possible to run products like beer, wine, RTDs, water, soft drinks, or other beverages through an Inline Carbonation system. In addition, the ongoing cost, except for seals, is nonexistent.
All our Carbonation systems use quality and hygienic Fittings (for example, German-made products from Kieselmann and/or Guth). Of course, precise Centec Inline Sensors are also part of the system.
The Inline Carbonation can be used for pre-work running into storage, “topping” up the CO2 level, or on the way to a filling.
Production in the video is from zero – ~9.3g/l in single throughput. Nitrogen injection is also possible with such a system but will require a differently designed injector
